Go for amount settlement or prayer for bail in lower court
26-May-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Recent Incident (29th April 2025 while CESC officer visited my residence for inspection)
On 29-04-2025, my son visited only to repair the collapsed tiled roof after rainwater flooded our home, worsening our already damaged structure (due to the adjacent illegal building and Cyclone DANA previously). He left immediately after repairs.
I fear this visit may be misconstrued. I solemnly declare he has no connection to the illegal electricity, settle the amount with cesc or go to court for bail
Don’t worry — if your son visited only for roof repairs on 29th April and had no role in the electricity connection, he cannot be held liable. We can prepare a strong affidavit clearly stating the facts and submit it to CESC to prevent false implication.
If CESC insists on dues, we can try to settle the amount to avoid escalation. However, if an FIR is registered or likely, the best course is to immediately apply for anticipatory bail to protect your son from wrongful arrest.
Let me assist you with:
Drafting a solid affidavit
Communicating with CESC legally
Filing for anticipatory bail if needed
I’ll make sure your son is protected and the matter is handled professionally. Contact me right away for complete legal support — don’t take risks with his safety.
