Girl's father threatening to marry her else will file dowry case

My son got engagement a year back. The girls father asked my account No and send money as sagun for my son and continuously sent the amount. Later on after the engagement it revealed that their culture is not matching to us the girl also seems not so educated as per certificate (B.Ed), my son also dislike the girl due her uneducated behavior. His father is now not agree to take amount back and also threatening lodging dowry case and local terrorist activities if the marriage is not held. In pressure I have given the dates for marriage on 22 Apr. 2016. What I should to do ?.
