Sir,
File a complaint in your nearest police station stating all grounds of your coamplaint and the surrounding circumstances.
Do mention all the fact the you have to substantiate your point.
You mentioned that you consensual physical relationship and not out of promise for a marriage and if that be the case then things can get very serious.

What you have told me is very speculative and medical and in case of suicide note, immediate post mortem should be conducted. Generally indian women are very strong and its the other way around. So allow me further details to be on the standby. Cheers

Look Dear, there will be Three type of Cases ahead in front of you and you may be implicated anyone in it. Now I will explain it. Look Carefully... No.1. She can lodged a Complaint before the P.S. against you for Rape Charge or you may use her like a girl friend with a commitment to marry her, if you not marry her. No.2. If you marry her, as per your version, she have suicidal tendency, then if she commit suicide after marriage then you definitely implicated on it as Husband of wife died within 7 years from her marriage. No.3 if you not marry him, and she commit suicide, and if she write suicide note against you, you may implicate on it. Therefore, I place you 3 Card, you may choose anyone. 100% guarantee prize.
