Girlfriend forcefully locked in her house by her parents

Resapected mam/ sir, My girl friend was under house arrest, both are hindus but different caste, she told about our love to her parents, but they are not accept our love because of caste. Her parents took her from job and locked all original proofs then house arrested how can file the compliant against her parents what is the procedure i suppose to do please help me..

Yes u can file complaint against ur father in law.Based on your complaint only vpolice will take a action against ur lover family....how you know she is in house arrest? ????? .So you get a information from ur girl friend. Like she is in house arrest or life threatening (valid proof ) like msg , mail voice record,that based only u can file a complaint ..... otherwise (some times)they will U turn the case or complaint

By right, you can prefer a police complaint stating that the girl is confined into , by her own parents.. however by doing so, it may backfire you and have other implications..
