Girlfriend cheating, want to file a case against her, please advise

My girl friend is not accepting for marriage after 4 years of love actually we are relatives how can I legally file a case against her now .if a women can put a cheating case y can't be a men put in the same way kindly give me sugguestion
you can file a case with the local police station under section 420 and 464 for cheating and extortion against her please place all the evidence you have the expenses which you spent on her and then only you can lodge such complaint
