Girl told me she was 18+ but she was not, court case filled

18-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I elope a girl whose age is 17 years but at the time of elopement she represented herself as major. There is a fir against me. Now she become 18+ and now we are legally husband & wife. At the time of elopement police arrest my whole family & as they have taken money from girls's family. Now I'm absconding and after few days I will apply for bail. Now I'm worried that I will get the bail or not. In my favor her facebook date was major, she wrote me few letter there also she wrote herself as major. Please advise & let me know will court see that I have done this thing because she represent me as major but she was minor at that time.

Warm salutations and respects to you and your near and dear ones,

In matters of criminal, without getting into the nitty gritties of FIR and investigation report and the respective State, it is very difficult to advice.

My best wishes are with you
