Girl had physical relationship with me and left me, what to do

i have a relation ship with a girl and i have photographes with her in dating between Feb 2017 to june 2017.this girl have previusly relation with a boy with fisicall relation and they meat last in nov 2016 and that boy promise her to marry but in dec 2016 he refused to marry her then she come to me and ask for legal advise i advised her and she lodged complint againt that boy and section 376 case was filled in court meanwhile she make relation ship with me but that boy is financialy strong than me show she compromise with him and live me .. i want to know that can i filled case agains that girl she also fisicall with me in feb 2016 on the other hand she lodged complint 376 case against him

2. The previously lodged FIR has been quashed or not? If not, then what is the status of the case pursuant to that FIR?
3. Is the girl or her previous Boyfriend threatening you with any legal consequence?
At the moment all I can advise you without knowing the above details, if she is threatening to file any case against you, the make Non Cognizable Complaint to Police regarding these threats, (if any).
