Girl friend cheated me can I take legal action against her

I have been relashinship with one girl after proposed by her for two years. Everything was fine untill she got married without saying any reason of doing that. Later I realized I have cheated with the name of love. She took 70000 money by little by little saying so many fake reasons and the name of future. I wanna put her case on her. I have Watsapp conversation and banking details which I transfered throw fund transfer. Is it possible to file case against her???

Dear Sir,

she cheated you in many ways to extract money. you have right to sue her.According to Indian Evidence ACT Section 65A and Section 65B, the digital materials can be enough to sue.but need to see the watsapp content before initiating any legal action.

You can file a case for Recovery of Debt, if you can prove that she had borrowed the money from you. You will need to collect all the documents to show the communication between both of you, including the transfer details.

Ill explain below my thinking which might not be right or it might be .Im talking from a law point of view.
What you and your x-girlfriend have decided is a personal contract between the both of youll... look at Section 13,15,15 of the Specific relief act which talks about contracts which are not enforceable and i think it falls under this. Also look at Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act which talks about fraud and whether what your x girlfriend has promised you amounts to a contract.
