Gf File 376 On Me After 6 Month Of Breakup

My gf file 376 on me when fir ludge police arrest me but when we both decide to marry then my gf gave 164 statement in my favour and said in that i want marry with him and close my camplaint and due to 164 police file FR in my case but after some time she denay for marry and file protest pitition and said i gave 164 forcefully. But after 6 month magistrate reject protest petition and accept FR due to 164 statement bcz he said you can't do this type of missuse of law. But when order in my favour she file a complaint case on io and says io hares her. Now what can i do in this matter please suggest best can she file second FIR on me ya police can do something with me what can i do for my safety. Sometime she want marry with me sometime not I'm too much frusted in these all situation wo mujhe dubara FIR krne ki bol rahi he me kiya karu 6 years ka relationship tha
