मेरी GF ने मुझपे रेप का मुकदमा किया था जिसमे मैं 6 महीने जेल में रहा उसके बाद जमानत से बाहर हो गया अभी उस मुकदमे से मुझे दोषमुक्त कर दिया गया है तो मैं क्या उस लड़की पर मानहानि का मुकदमा दर्ज करा सकता हुं ??

Yes…you can always file a defamation suit against the girl and also the persons who was standing in support of her. You need to attach the copy of the order sheet of the court from which you were set free from the rape charges. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes u can file suit for defamation n Also file case u/s 294 in this regard ! U need to hire an advocate to get the documents properly drafted followed by the suit ! Kindly b in touch to understand the legalities asap
