But anyways! from whatever you have said, it appears that the girl has cheated you and also committed criminal breach of trust. Cheating an offence under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and Criminal breach of Trust is punishable under section 406 of IPC. Both are cognizable offences. Meaning that police can take cognizance of it.
You are advised to lodge an FIR with the police, at the police station where the act of criminal breach of trust and cheating you are committed.

Immediately register an FIR with the police station under who's jurisdiction the place where the documents and money were given, falls in. I would advice you to consult a lawyer to draft the complaint for you to be submitted in the police station along with the communications between you and the girl. Thereafter, FIR will be registered.
