Fraud by LIC agent what can I do

 I was studying outside then an Lic agent cheated my mom who is illiterate and invested RS 3 lakh in a private company ross valley explaining it is a government company. When I came and saw the paper I found that we were cheated.When I started asking questions to him then he came with some men to my house then he assaulted my family.An fir is lodged under section 447/323/379/417/420/34/354B.They have also bailed.Police has send the paper to court.I don't know what to do next as I m student. Pls help me to fight against the injustice. Pls rply fast.pls.
