Based on the facts shared by you, this appears to be a case of cheating and possible financial fraud. You were induced to invest money by showing false assurances of regulatory approval and promising fixed monthly returns, which is generally not permitted in genuine forex or investment activities. Such schemes often fall under offences like cheating (Section 420 IPC), criminal breach of trust (Section 406 IPC), and may also involve provisions of the Information Technology Act if transactions were done online. You should immediately gather all evidence, including payment receipts, bank statements, WhatsApp chats, emails, screenshots of the platform, and details of the persons involved (Ritesh, Briz Bhushan, and Lavish Choudhry). After that, you should file a written complaint with the local police station or cyber crime cell. You can also file an online complaint on the National Cyber Crime Portal. Additionally, inform your bank at the earliest to try to trace or freeze the transferred amount, if possible. Avoid making any further payments. You may also consider filing a civil recovery suit for your money. It is advisable to act quickly to protect your legal rights and increase chances of recovery.

This appears to be a case of cheating and financial fraud. You should: 1. File an FIR under Sections 420 (cheating) and 406 IPC (breach of trust). 2. Lodge a complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal if payment was online. 3. Keep all evidence (payments, chats, screenshots, documents). 4. Report to SEBI/RBI if fake regulatory claims were made. 5. You can also file a civil case to recover your money. Act quickly to prevent further loss and trace the accused.
