02-Nov-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I has booked under ipc 420,468,471 and 120b by submitting false 1st class bonafide which I even don't know (one of my known uncle brought it when I was in Bangalore) that it's a forged one! and also there is no necessity of that bonafide because for local status norms only needed 4 continues years of residence which I have in medchal district by it I got selected as constable but 1st class bonafide is in Hyderabad which I didn't claim any local status. does fir can be quashed ?

hi yes first need to see the contents of the FIR and its allegations and after going through it and then based on the evidence submitted by police you could file quash petition in court to quash the FIR
