Forged signature used by partner in partnership firm

We 4 partners started a firm @ 2013. When the deed constituted for the firm we 3 partners were abroad. So the managing partner (now accused) had signed our sign. Unfortunately when the firm become profitable the managing partner avoid us by making a retirement deed in which he had done our signature. We had given A petition at local police. The copy of construction deed and the forged retairement deed attested by notary is only with us. which we got from commercial tax office Through the application under information act. Original is with accused. But the police said that there is no hope for the case without the original deeds. Anybody can notice some variations in all signatures in defferent pages of both deeds. My question is 1. Will the court send photo copies of the deed for examining the signature to forensic lab 2. Can the handwriting expert examine the signature in photocopies without original 3. If the forensic experts find many of the signature in defferent pages of both con

Yes the Hon'ble court may order the forensic department for examination of the said evidence with your other signatures or other pieces of your hand writings. And if the signature do not match then the hon'ble court will transfer the burden of proof over the defendant.
