Mere khilaf FIR darj huwe 19 months hua hai par abitak police charge sheet court me submit nahi kiya hai. So Sir muje jana hai ke FIR ki koi validity hoti hai ya nai ya fir aisa koi section ya rule jisse FIR cancel hojaye please sir sujjest me.
Hi ... police have to file charge sheet within sixty or ninety days after first remand of accused or filing of fir. if police are not filing charge sheet within that time if accused is in custody he will get statutory bail if he files application for that. if police are not filing charge sheet u can request the court for the same.

Hi as police have failed to complete their investigation and file a charge sheet within 3 months of registering an FIR, you may seek the court for quashing of FIR on the basis of false charges framed in FIR and police is extending time to prove the offense.
