How much time high court take for squashing of fir u/s sec.376 504 506 of ipc when there is a sex is done by consent in a love relationship (period 2009 to 2016)
Let me being with correcting you. It is "Quashing", and not "Squashing" of FIR.
And let me add that High Court does not quash FIR for heinous crimes such as murders, rapes, armed robberies.
Quashing of FIR takes place only in less heinous crimes where punishment is usually less than 7 yrs of imprisonment.

In quashing of FIR, HC have an inherent powers. In your case, it depends upon evidences which has been filed in Trial Court.. If repondent and you amicably settle the dispute between you and if she gives consent for quashing then in such situation time is comparitively less for disposal..
