FIR status and Quashing of FIR

FIR was registered in a family matter us 498A. AB was taken and divorce has been granted.
Interrogation has not taken place in last 5 years since the FIR was registered. after AB was granted, then also no interrogation took place. FIR was registered in some other state and Divorce has been finalized in other state where marriage took place.
Does police have filed a closure report against this FIR ? or we need to get the status of this FIR from police station or from the court where the AB was granted.
Whether PCC can be applied in this case and will this case reflect in the PCC applied through Passport website ?
