Are there any possibilities that both the FIRs may get quashed in a High court bench in the same case?
The party against us has approached HC bench first,then we followed the same process.His/her stay application admitted and our's is still pending before the court.
We fear his FIR may get quashed and only we have to wander to courts and office thereafter.
One of our family members is waiting for an appointment order from the government.
Kindly enlighten us.
