FIR QUASHING FINAL JUDGMENT TIME TAKEN

Hello Sir, A false Fir Under section-376, registered against me. I get anticipatory bail from High court. Under 482 CRPC Quashing application filed , get stay on proceedings. But now dates are extending without hearing anying, 1. How much time it will takes to get final hearing and judgment?? 2. I proved consent in court, Judgment can comes in my favour??
