मेरे पिताजी के साथ 27 मार्च 2026 को थुबोंन जी जैन मंदिर, अशोकनगर में मारपीट हुई। CCTV उपलब्ध है। पुलिस को लिखित शिकायत दी लेकिन FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई। उल्टा शिकायत को बदलकर गलत तारीख व स्थान दर्ज कर दिया गया। CM Helpline शिकायत भी बिना सहमति के बंद कर दी गई। कृपया बताएं FIR दर्ज कराने के लिए क्या कानूनी कदम उठाएं?

U file a criminal complaint case under section 175 (3) or 223 BNSS fir registration investigation and directing police to register FIR .If the offences are serious u can also file a writ petition in High court. Contqct me for any help.

आपकी लिखित शिकायत के बाद भी अगर पुलिस ने कार्यवाही करने से मना कर दिया है तो आप अपनी लिखित शिकायत इस संबंध में एस. पी. को भेज सकते हैं जिसकी रिसीविंग जरुर प्राप्त करें साक्ष्य के लिये, यदी उनके द्वारा भी कोई कानूनी कार्यवाही नही की जाती है तो फिर आप 173(4) भारतीय न्याय संहिता के अंतर्गत कोर्ट के माध्यम से एफ.आई .आर. दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।

Send the written complaint to Suprintendent of Police office via post mentioning all the details that you have filed a complaint at XYZ police station but they have not registered FIR and also they have fabricated the date and place in complaint , still if no action is taken then a private complaint can be filed in court but do not delay the process .

write a letter to SP citing these circumstancial story . And if SP do not entertain your cause and not ensured that a proper FIR is registered you can approach District Judge citing your story . this will definitely will help you.
