If the police are not acting on your complaint, you can submit a written complaint to the SP/Commissioner. If no action is taken, you can approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the BNSS seeking directions to register and investigate the case, or file a private complaint if appropriate. Share your case details for specific guidance.

If the police are not registering your FIR, you have several legal remedies in India: Approach the Superintendent of Police (SP) under Section 173(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (previously Section 154(3) CrPC) by submitting a written complaint with supporting documents. File an application before the Jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) BNSS (previously Section 156(3) CrPC), requesting the court to direct the police to register an FIR and investigate. File a private complaint before the Magistrate under the relevant BNSS provisions if appropriate. If there is serious misconduct or deliberate refusal by the police, you may also complain to senior police authorities or the State Police Complaints Authority, where available.

If the fir was not filed only after the written or oral request to the police station then firstly send a letter to the police station addressing it to the senior police inspector, then after a few days to both ACP DCP with the same complaint and then to the SP office.. this way you can later approach the magistrate easily to file an FIR then the police will be directed (ordered) to file an FIR given merits of your case are enough.. kindly get in touch sir.. 9️⃣9️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣7️⃣0️⃣0️⃣7️⃣9️⃣

you need to approach an advocate for the better consult and now all your queries will be solved through the court only. police authority initially not registered FIR in non cognizable offences. first will have to see what is your matter bad why they are not registering the FIR.
