FIR is not registered even after 5 months lodging a complaint

I have filed a complaint with Bangalore police about malpractices with fraud of crores of Rs but even after 5 months I am yet to get any response or copy of FIR..even after repeated reminder nothing is happening and now i my email ID is blocked by Police Commisioner , ACP and SHO.

Meet the Commissioner of Police/ Addl. Police Commisioner, Bangalore City at Infantry Road with letter stating no action has been taken and FIR has not been registered by enclosing the copy of the Complaint.
