FIR is made of cheque bounce as i was only present at time of payment

Some one in my relation made a complaint on me,now FIR is registered under section 420/406/34 against me...now i applied a bail application..want to know what will be the process time.and chances .as main they put another person as main and they lodge 420/406/34/138/141 against him as they have cheque of him i was only presented at that time of payment...and they also put my name in this. now as i see online there is a date mentioned that next hiring date and case stage--- apperance what is that
this means that you need to put your appearance in the court on the next date of hearing, in case you do not appear then the court may issue warrants against you. kindly hire the services of a lawyer and get bail in case you still have not got one and appear in the court on the next date of hearing.
