FIR for IPC 307 &120A on husband & his whore

Husband & his whore orally threatening for murdering wife if she doesn't leave her husband n vacate the matrimonial home...wife doesn't have evidence of this oral threatening of attempting murder on her, so, can FIR u/s 307 be done by wife via police?
& On instances of this whore, Hubby has taken 3 times loan on matrimonial home where wife resides with hubby so that DV court given stay order to wife will be nothing in future, wife has proof of this excess loan, so IPC 120a wid 307 possible?
