FIR filed in Hyderabad against person in Mumbai What is the procedure

Person resides in hyderabad who has filed FIR against 3 ppl out of which 2 resides in hyderabad & 1 is resides in Mumbai. What is the procedure to get FIR copy by the person lives in Mumbai? Can FIR filed by just mere wordings to hurt a person who is not present while words spoken to hurt him?
Hi,
FIR cannot be filed against a person who is not even in hyderabad on the said date of offence. We(lawyers) can get a copy of the FIR and also file a quash/ stay petition in high court and get the FIR quashed/ stayed. No worries.
