FIR filed against the brother and mother for forged signatures

04-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The FIR concerning the forgery case is finally lodged by the police in Pune concerning forgery done by my brother and mother by using a fake sign. Also,I am demanding a partition to them in my father’s property but have not filed a civil suit yet. Also, the settlement regarding my DV case is ordered. 1. My brother is taking an anticipatory bail. Can I challenge this as I have reports by the International Forensic organization stating that the signature is not mine along In how many days? Do I need to give this request in writing or can argue verbally Can I self-represent my case? What are the usual fees of a senior advocate for challenging a AB ? 2. What is the best way to do a settlement as its close to it? What is the role of the advocate in doing such settlement? What are the usual fees charged by a senior-– is it a flat fee or a percentage of the settlement amount and how much? 3. How does the settlement with Banks work and what are the fees charged by advocates ?

We can't tell you our fees unless we read all your case papers and do a consultation of your case. Yes u can chalenge the anticipatory bail. U can file application for opposing anticipatory bail application in the court.

see the role of the lawyer is very different in such matters and i think that you can put evidence stating the case also you can file a civil suit against your brother for specific perfomance or a partion suit as per civil law
