If FIR has been filled by police and ur name in that FIR then there is something happend that ur name is not mention in chargsheet.
May be u got discharge in police discloser statement.
Firstly plz confirm properly that u r not showing as an accused in said Chargsheet.

What is FIR no. ?

No in case your name is not mentioned in the charge sheet filed by the investigating officer before the court, then in such a situation you no more remain an accuse and therefore you can state in all your Recrutments as never prosecuted.
