FIR case new and old and revision file kar sakte hai ya nahi.

Agar FIR application 156(3) second time file k hou, but woh dismiss hou jaye, becoz of reason phele FIR application 156(3) woh withdraw k thi, but this fact is not mentioned in second FIR application , toh kya revision file kar sakte hai koi benefit hoga ya nahi. Aur revision file karne ka koi time period hai ya nahi

Revision must be filed in one month , we can give a try since if the reasons were genuine you can go ahead with same , unless it’s just an harrasment to other side , better if you show all documents to lawyer , then one can make out

if you have first withdrawn the first application for FIR then after the application for second FIR has been dismissed that too when you have mentioned the facts of first application in Second application in that case you can go for revision.
