FIR against ex - boyfriend- I want to file a complaint against my ex b

I want to file a complaint against my ex boyfriend for betraying me. He is was married guy he said he is about to divorce his wife as she is giving trouble to him and his mother. For all most two years we were in relationship but and he always said give my time I will correct everything. But now he is saying he will not marry me. He his wife and mother have abused me with all bad words one could imagine. Now I want to file a case against all three of them for mentally harassing me and him additionally for betraying me. I do have chats and his messages but his wife and mother when they were abusing me I do not have recording of it though I can prove they called me by my call history. Please tell me if I can do it and under which sections.
