Sec 354 main agar victim 164 ke Bayan de chuki ho, aur police ko incident ka cctv footage bhi deh chuki ho lekin police cctv footage/ 65b certificate or baaki ka proof final report main naa lagaye or fir pe FR lagade or investagation close karde to mere pass kyaa raste hai.

You have one best rasta, that is to hire an expert advocate immediately! The later part of your question is not clear ! Whenever police file closing report in that case court will Always call victim to ask for any objection, that is the time for you. Thanks b in touch

if the police files a closure report based on the investigation that they have conducted and based on this final report the magistrate dismisses the case you have the option of filing and appeal/revision in the higher Court. you may also pursue the matter by way of a private complaint where you can give the evidence directly to the court.

you request the court for further investigation inder section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C. and make a prayer for inclusion all the necessary finding made by the Investigating Officer during the investigation the FR. Further you may also criminal revision before the session judge or Additional session judge
