Fighting and giving slangs by forming group and solo.

A person in my village always trying to fight with me and my family , he also giving slangs and destroying property in night when no one sees. He also form group with other people and trying to threaten me and my family.
whether to lodge an FIR and if local police refused then better to file complaint case to CJM court through an Advocate. And also file infometry petition to CJM court as well u/s 33 of BNSS.
And you may also file for damage suit case .
