Respected All,
My brother is an online rummy addict -has lost a lot of money in online rummy, has taken loans and to compensate for his loans - he is demanding money from family- brother threatened me in his underwear to bring up false assault and abetment of suicide case - I have a video of that but without his express consent on record - but can such a video (of him in private home in private clothes - underwear) of the instance be admissible - or privacy laws may bar the evidence - workaround
Dear Sir,
Such video will be taken into consideration by the Courts and Police Stations as a supporting evidence if not as direct evidence. You may ask you neighbors to give statements before the Police and Court. In the meanwhile immediately lodge a complaint against him and see that FIR is registered.
