False Sec 89 BNS charged against my wife

My wife and mother in law has been charged with sections 85 BNS, 89 BNS, 115(2), 117(2) and 3/4 by the wife my brother in law. Police initially taken my brother in law in custody as all above cases expect sec 89 was charged against him also. He is currently in bail. But police haven't taken my wife under custody still. Her bail would be heated next week. These are all false allegations against my wife.
My wife is having a baby and she is very frightened to get in jail even for an hour.
