I being a public servant was physically assaulted in my office on 31st jan2023 the police did not lodged fir after filing rti they filed non cognizable section 323 and 506 ipc in which the accused pleaded guilty and sentenced to pay fine after that he obtained sc certificate and filed a false fir that I have assaulted him by castist surls and filed false for against me for the same incident please provide legal solutions

Although I need to see the contents of the FIR, you should first go for bail and after seeing the contents of the FIR, if the facts are similar to the previous FIR, then quashing under Section 523 of the BNSS is a good option
