False rape cases in promise of marriage

In November last year I developed a physical relationship with a prostitute working in body massage center. They were running sex racket on pretext of massage center. She took my number also and was constantly calling & texting me for repeated visits. But I blocked her number in Feb. Can these types of ladies file false rape cases? Under BNS 69. I visited her last 5 months ago & no arguments happened between us
