You should write your complaint to all the higher authorities and insist them to register a FIR against such honey-trappers. Since you have also trouble with the IO of the case then you have got the options to get it through the court by filing a complaint under section 156(3) CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes the police can lodge a FIR against you. Once FIR is filed you can approach the High Court for quashing of FIR. if you apprehend that the police can arrest you then apply for anticipatory bail. you may also file a case against the girl in court for extortion.

It’s seems you have already taken legal advice & in pursuance to that you have submitted the complaint to SP. This is only thing you can do at the moment and if police don’t take any action then you can go for 156(3) at the concerned court ! Thanks

Aapki complaint criminal intimidation me aati hai, jo non-cognizible offence hai aur extortion jo cognizible hai. Iss situation me aapki complaint agar FIR me nahi convert hoti toh aap court approach kar sakte hai 156(3) CrPC ke tehat for registration and investigation.
