False pocso case against my uncle

Respected mam/sirnMy uncle got arrested in pocso case . He posses a very good reputation in locality. His neighbour filed case against him due to personal grudge. Police arrested him without proper investigation. His financial condition is not good. We badly need help or else a person who did nothing will suffer a prisonment . We badly need help to save his life.
instead of seeking online help you should visit a competent lawyer with all the case documents which would include certified copies of the FIR seizure list if any, medical documents, information whether 164 has been recorded or not and any proof of the innocence of your uncle along with documentary proof of personal grudge. remember depending on the stage and the court your remedies would vary. if you need quality service you must be prepared to meet the expenses which is the sole source of livelihood for a lawyer.
