False NDPS Case (Commercial Qty): Strategy...........................

My uncle has been false implicated in a serious ndpa case( commercial quantity) The police forcibly picked him up from his residence on 09.11.2025 at 06:00 PM and shown arrest time is 1.55 am on 11.11.2025. He had been taken to dinhata police station on 9.11.2025 then after some time he was released and when he was returning to home he then took to a hidden place and police showed him arrest on 11.11.2025. His two mobile phone was in dinhata police station during that period.What is strategy now

Generally, the court doesn't grant bail so easily without any substantial evidence that can prove the accused innocent when the quantity is commercial. If you have concrete evidence that the case is false and your uncle is falsely implicated, you can approach the Highcourt if the lower court doesn't grant bail.
