False molestation case filed can I file defamation case in return

A neighbour tried to encroach my plot by beating me in 01 Jul 14. I lodged FIR on 2 Jul 14, charge sheet framed by police. Opponents filed false case of molestation of their women. Police given report as FR as false and baseless case. Court accepted FR in Feb 2015 and dismissed the case. Same family again beaten me last week. I lodged FIR and they filed again same old false charges of molestation to counter my case. I am a defense employee, they want to fix me by any means. What should I do to counter it? Can I file a defamation case against them, as their old molestation allegation proven false in court? If yes, then which defamation case? Criminal or Civil defamation?
Yes u can file a case against them under sec 499of ipc.... As well as u can file a case of mentalharrassment against them....so that in future they will nt try to file a false case against you....mention a copy of order of ur previous case in ur present case file
