Sexual assault in name of marriage by married doctor by hiding his marital status.
On June 2020
As m appearing for government exam n it's my crucial time for career as it's my last chance to appear exam .
Can I take 2 yrs to lodge complaint.
I have msgs n few call recording will it be sufficient ?
As I won't get CDR n medical evidence .
My main question is can take time to lodge complaint till 2 yrs?
You can give complaints immediately in this regards court will not accept late complaints better immediately give with regards cheating,rape against him and same time they will send medical test for you

Hi,
Yes you can file a case against him now also and in complaint you can mention that because of the life threat given by him you were not in a position to lodge Police Complaint in earlier days and you also mention that he having your personal photos with him by that he stopped out to take any legal action
