FALSE FIR LODGE AGAIN ME UNDER SECTION 468 471

Sir A False FIR lodge again me under section 468 471 what is the best legal option or Next legal steps in this stagenCan I file Counter FIR again this person to lodge False FIR or any other best legal option please suggest

First you need to obtain Anticipatory bail from court to avoid arrest at the hands of police, after that if you have evidence against said person you can file FIR against the person, also if you have documents to show that the FIR filed against you is false then you can approach to High Court to quash the said false FIR which is filed against you.

their is no point in filing a counter FIR only on ground of false FIR. 468 is cognizable and non bailable so you can go for anticipatory bail first simultaneously file for quashig of FIR in high court.
