False fir by family for property

my father not given divorced to my mother and living with another lady who is real sister of my mother and we are 3 daughters to my mother Lily and from another lady Silvin my father have 3 children one child is died by disease but my stepmother and my Father have wrongly charged on us that we beated to silvin for property and she filed fir on us and police also with my father and stepmother police filed chargesheet on us sec 316,341509,504,323,34 ipc but when my mother filed fir police not taken action my mother first lodge an fir aginst in police station my father he is business man and have property in mumbai i want advice for this false allegations and fir how we can free from this case and what is solution to fight back in session court and take out truth one more thing when case is on so how we can get CBI inquiry through court because we don't trust on RCF chembur mumbai police they cheated with us on my mother also case filed in kurla court sec 498 against my father in 2016
