false FIR against me u/s 452 ipc in property matter. I am100% innocent

I went u/s 482 to high court for quashing of fir u/s 467/468/471/120 B/452/504/506. But high court partly allowed my petition by removing sections 467/468/471/120 B only. for the rest i shall be tried by the court below with direction of bail as per settled case law.
Why High Court did so?
Opposition is a criminal advocate. causing daily problems since 2011.
What should I do? Kindly reply...
