False dowry case on boy after 2 months of denial for marriage by girl

One of my friend was engaged with girl and had some physical relationship before marriage .When my friend went to marry her on fixed date girl denied because of their personal reasons .To avoid future consequences we called police by calling 100 and lodge complain of her denial.Now when my friend married to other girl but before his marriage her girl filed flase dowry and rape case that too after two months.What can be worst consequences in this case. she has listed some relative in dowry case. Please advise if this is case of worry.She filed flase married case hit my friend got clean chit from Mahila ayog, now case is lying with police to investigate. Please advsie course to take
As per your version She filed flase married case in which your friend got clean chit from Mahila ayog, now case is lying with police. Your friend now can file criminal Writ Petition under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code before the High Court for que shing the report filed by the girl.
