False complaint on minor brother under section 509 can he be convicted

Our neighbor had made a complaint on my brother in 2015,under section 509. At that tym he was 15 yrs old, as a minor. We got anticipatory bail from childrens court.but the case is stil in process and the lady is still harassing us by some or other way. Also the couple has lodged fake fir against my father who was surity in case of my brother. And now she has applied in court that father is a criminal has cases on him, so the child should be taken in custody;as parents do not bear a good conduct. Pls help with suggestions in this case.
Even though it is a false complaint you have to prove it that it is false. The Section which you have mentioned i.e. section 509 says : Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman.—Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
