False Case lodged with Police Station U/S 307 I.P.C how to proceed

Please confirm if any NOTICE can be issued against a case u/s 307 I.P.C without knowledge of accused for about 5 months ? and why no charge sheet has been served on accused even after 8 months ? Is the case valid ? No eye witness is available then only a fake outdoor ticket for Medical consultation( not treatment as mentioned in FIR )is enough proof of any serious injury which entails application of section 307 ??

How can you understand that the case is registered U/S 307 IPC, if you have confirmed that the FIR has registered so that section then only way to your hand that you may approach to the Hon'ble High Court for quashing the FIR/Case U/S 482 of Cr.P.C.

First please apply for quashing of f.i.r at high court. You have not mentioned if you have taken any steps,police investigation has been there or not. Please contact me for any further queries regarding procedure
