3 year back...i had small fight wit sum 1...n he file a case 394A robbery of chain...bt i dint....still m going for hearing...i had 7 day jail also...nw m out in bail...what shud i do for
i need to go through the copy of the chargesheet. it would be better to conduct the trial and get yourself acquitted. filing a discharge application or quashing is not a right strategy, copy of chargesheet is must
