Sir, Meri shadi 2013 me hui thi 2016 me meri patni ke ghar valo se mera paiso ko lekar vivad hua. jiske baad un logo ne mujhpar police se saath gath kar ke dhara 376 506 2130213 2230224 228 ka jhuta case lagwa kar mujhe jail pahucha diya 7 month ke baad akhir kaar mera case kharij ho gaya.aab kya main unpar case kar sakta hu .
आप धारा ३४० crpc के अंतर्गत जिस कोर्ट से केस खारिज हुआ था उस कोर्ट में आवेदन कर कोर्ट से उन लोगों के खिलाफ IPC की धारा १९३ (कोर्ट में झूठी गवाही देने बाबद) के अंतर्गत कार्यवाही करने का आग्रह कर सकते हैं। यदि कोर्ट आवेदन खारिज कर दें तो आप अपील कर सकते हैं या crpc की धारा २०० के अंतर्गत निजी परिवाद पेश कर सकते हैं।
