Hi, my wife filed 498a and we have agreed to settle the case and have been divorced now if she turns as a hostile witness and in case while crossing if she says that the allegations are true will I be arrested? We have the consent term which States that she will withdraw the case . So kindly let me know if while crossing she says that the allegations are true in case will I be arrested?

As per your query.. If your divorce has been done in family Court.. There is an consentum to withdraw all allegations between both the parties. Then you will not lible for conviction..
